It’s the world’s worst party, and you’re the guest of honor.
Maybe you're replaying conversations from yesterday, second-guessing decisions you've already made, or lying awake wondering why your brain just won't shut off.
You look like you've got it together on the outside, but inside you're exhausted from carrying the mental load all by yourself.
It’s 3 a.m. and all the “what-ifs” living rent-free in your mind are still going strong, blaring their anxiety-inducing theme song on repeat at max volume.
The guest list includes ghosts from your past, fears of never being enough, toxic relationships (they promise not to break anything, especially your heart, “for real this time”), and every single choice in your life masquerading as a crisis.
Worst of all, there’s no exit door in sight.
Get me out of this place.
Imagine waking up and actually feeling pumped for the day ahead because – wait for it – you slept. And well.
Picture yourself swapping out that heavy anxiety for a clearer, calmer mind.
Think about ditching those dark clouds of depression for a brighter outlook.
You start noticing you're less frazzled, more focused, and finally feeling like you're worth it.
Enter therapy.
I'm Stacy, and I'm here to help you drop the mask and find your true voice.
Together, we'll slow things down enough to notice the patterns, the warning signs, and yes...the big red flags that are easy to miss when you've spent years second-guessing yourself, putting everyone else first, or simply trying to survive.
We'll build insight, develop practical tools you can use in everyday life, and help you replace self-criticism with greater self-compassion and confidence.
Many clients discover that ADHD, anxiety, burnout, and childhood experiences are more connected than they ever realized. Understanding those connections is often where real healing begins.
In this world of constant change and overwhelming isolation, you don't have to go it alone. Let's figure this out together and get you moving forward.
ADHD Therapy
ADHD isn't just about forgetting appointments or getting distracted. It's the mental exhaustion of trying so hard, overthinking everything, starting projects you can't seem to finish, and wondering why life feels harder for you than everyone else. It doesn't have to stay that way.
Childhood Trauma Therapy for Adults
Childhood wounds don't always stay in the past. They can show up as overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or feeling like you're never quite enough. Healing begins when you understand how those early experiences still shape your life today.
Couples & Relationship Issues
Let's get real about what's going wrong and right in your relationship. From fiery arguments to cold silences, we'll figure out what's getting in the way so you can rebuild trust, intimacy, and understanding.
What healing looks like:
Finding little moments of joy without the old ghosts whispering in your ear.
Navigating relationship storms with the kind of honesty and warmth that turns 'I can't stand you right now' into 'Let’s work this out together.'
Mastering your mind's maze, so it's you in the driver's seat, not your runaway thoughts or jittery nerves.
Turning ADHD challenges into your superpower, discovering your unique way to slice through life's clutter and focus on what truly matters.
Peeling back the layers of childhood scars to step into a world where you're not just surviving but thriving, with each breath easier than the last.
Meet Stacy
Hi, I'm Stacy.
I know what it's like to spend years pushing through burnout, questioning yourself, and wondering why life feels harder than it should. That's part of what led me to the work I love today.
I'm not your typical, buttoned-up therapist—I'm real, authentic, and "perfectly imperfect," having transformed my own burnout and ADHD challenges into a passion for helping others live their best lives.
I have over 35 years of experience as a therapist and infuse my advocacy and authentic healing with a little bit of sass and a whole lot of caring. I'm excited to be your guide on this journey to wellness and fulfillment.
