“What would you be doing if fear was not a factor?”

– Stacy Albarran LISW-CP, LMFT/S, LPC/S

Can you afford to do this?

Investing in therapy might seem daunting in terms of time and money, especially when life's already full of expenses and commitments.

You might wonder if it's worth it or if you could just power through on your own.

But continuing without support can mean more days lost to stress, confusion, and unfulfilled potential, making everything feel harder than it needs to be.

Counterpoint: Can you afford to NOT do this?

Therapy is your investment in a future where you handle stress with ease, connect deeply with loved ones, and achieve your goals with confidence.

It's about spending less time feeling stuck and more time enjoying a fulfilling, vibrant life.

It’s time to prioritize YOU.

I understand the weight of deciding to invest in therapy.

Here’s some assurance:  I approach each session with a focus on practical, real-world results — ensuring your time and money translate into tangible improvements in your life.

Every session is a step toward the stronger, happier you that you deserve to be.

I operate on a private pay or out-of-network basis, so you won't have to worry about switching therapists if your insurance changes. Check with your insurance to see if they'll reimburse you. If they do, I can provide a superbill to assist you with this process.

Session Options and Fees:

  • $150 for 50-60 minute individual sessions

  • $175 for 60-75 minute couples sessions
